By using this website or engaging Future Ops Studio ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use this site or our services.
Future Ops Studio provides website design (WordPress, Wix, Shopify), AI chatbots, voice agents, GoHighLevel automation, and related digital services. The specific scope, timeline, and price for any project will be agreed separately with each client, typically over WhatsApp or email, before work begins.
Prices listed on this website are starting estimates and may vary based on your specific requirements. A final price will be confirmed with you before any work begins.
Payment terms (deposits, milestones, and final payment) will be agreed with you directly for each project. Work will generally not begin until an agreed deposit has been received, and final files or site access will generally be delivered after full payment.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds, discussed at the start of your project. Requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to provide necessary content, feedback, and access (such as domain or hosting credentials) in a timely manner. Delays on your end may affect delivery timelines.
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the final delivered website or system transfers to you. Future Ops Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Some services depend on third-party platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, GoHighLevel, hosting providers, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, price changes, or policy changes made by these third parties.
We do our best to deliver reliable, well-built websites and systems, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that a website will produce specific business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Ops Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
If you need to cancel a project in progress, contact us as soon as possible. Deposits and payment for work already completed are generally non-refundable.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
